How it works
Before you order
Can I return a custom tee?
No. A custom piece is made for one person and nobody else can wear it, so it can't be returned or exchanged. That's exactly why we send you the artwork on WhatsApp first and wait for your CONFIRM before printing.
Why the Rs. 500 advance?
Once your name is printed on a shirt, we can't sell it to anyone else. The advance covers that risk. The rest is cash on delivery, as normal.
How long does it take?
We send the artwork within a few hours. Once you confirm, it's printed and dispatched in 1-2 days, then 3-5 business days to your door.
What kind of photo works best?
Bright, sharp, and taken close up. A dark or blurry photo will print dark or blurry. If yours won't work well, we'll tell you on WhatsApp before printing — not after.
Will the print survive the wash?
Yes. Wash it cold and inside out, and don't iron directly over the print. It's the same print we use across the whole range.
Whose name is going on it?
Two minutes to design. A few hours to see the artwork. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
