7-Day Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition — not torn or damaged, with the issue not caused by the customer.

Size Exchange
Wrong size? We're happy to exchange it for a different size within 7 days.

Our Mistake
If we sent a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge and cover the return shipping.

Changed Your Mind / Refund
If you'd like to return an item for a refund, we accept it back. Delivery charges are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded to you. Store credit is also available if you prefer.

Custom / Personalized Items
Custom name and photo pieces are made for one person only and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check spelling and details carefully before ordering.

How It Works
